Many items are made after ordering. Timing depends on the product, variant, destination, and partner capacity.

Cost and estimate

Shipping methods, costs, and the current estimate appear before payment at checkout. A threshold shown elsewhere applies only when confirmed in cart or checkout.

Regions and split shipments

Production may take place in Europe or North America. Items from different facilities may arrive separately. We do not add fees that were not disclosed at checkout.

Tracking and customs

You receive tracking when available. Import charges may apply outside the relevant customs area.
