Returns and withdrawal

2. Send the goods back within 14 days after your notice. We recommend tracked shipping.
3. Handle and package the item to avoid unnecessary damage. Original packaging is not a mandatory condition for withdrawal.

Cost and refund

You bear the direct return cost unless the withdrawal policy states otherwise. Refunds normally use the original payment method. We may withhold the refund until the goods arrive or you provide proof of return. For an incorrect or damaged delivery, contact support first.
