The story behind NiZED

NiZED was born from a simple observation

Berlin streetwear was either too commercial or too conformist

The real energy of the city — the energy of Neukölln at three in the morning, the energy of a techno club when the sun comes up, the energy of skaters at the spot when everyone else is sleeping — this energy was not reflected in any hoodie

So we started printing them ourselves

The Codeine Makers Hoodie was the first drop

Not because codeine is cool

But because codeine is a symbol - for Berlin nights that know no end, for music that you can only understand if you were there, for a generation that grew up between bongs and trains and still functions again every morning

What Narcotic Aesthetic means
