Printed Garments (Direct-to-Garment)

We use the latest Direct-to-Garment (DTG) printing technology to offer a wide range of printable items and color options. We use high quality ink that will last a very long time with proper care.

Note that the original manufacturer's care instructions do not take into account the DTG printing process. So we recommend the following care tips on this page to properly care for your printed items.

Printed garments can be machine washed cold, inside out and on a gentle cycle with a gentle detergent and similar colors. Use non-chlorine bleach only when absolutely necessary. You should not use fabric softeners or dry clean the items.

DTG printed items can be tumble dried on a low cycle but it is best to let them air dry. It is best to iron them inside out. The print must not be ironed.

Follow these instructions carefully to avoid fading or damaging the print. The item can also shrink if you wash or dry it at too high a temperature.

Printed Clothing (Direct-to-Film)

Printed DTF garments can be machine washed cold inside out using the recommended amount of detergent. You shouldn't use fabric softener.
Clothing can be tumble dried on a low setting but should be air dried to ensure the print lasts longer. When ironing, use a cool iron and iron inside out. Don't iron the print.
Follow these instructions carefully to avoid fading or damaging the print. The item can also shrink if you wash or dry it at too high a temperature.

Embroidered clothing

Embroidered garments can be machine washed cold, inside out and on a low cycle with a gentle detergent and similar colors. You can use a small amount of chlorine bleach, but non-chlorine bleach is a safer option.

If you see dye residue in the water, rinse the item in lukewarm water, then rinse in cold water several times, but try not to rub stained embroidery. Embroidered clothing can also be dry cleaned.

Do not soak clothes after washing or leave them wet in a pile of clothes. Do not wring the embroidered items and use cool air if you want to tumble dry them.

If you want to iron the items, turn them inside out first and ideally place them between two cloths. You should not dampen or steam iron embroidered items before ironing.

Embroidered hats, backpacks and shoes

Embroidered hats, backpacks and shoes can be wiped with a damp cloth where needed. If necessary, hats can be hand washed with cold water. Don't use brushes.

Neither hats nor backpacks can be machine washed, bleached, tumble dried, ironed or dry cleaned. Check the manufacturer's instructions for more information.

Embroidered aprons

Embroidered aprons can be machine washed at a maximum of 30ºC. Don't use bleach. They can be tumble dried on a low cycle. Check the manufacturer's instructions for more information.

Clothing, fabric, swimwear and headwear with an all-over print

All-over garments can be machine washed cold with like colors and no bleach. Clothing must not be dry cleaned or tumble dried. You can iron them on low heat.

Allover face mask

Face masks with an all-over print can be washed at 60ºC with similar colors and without bleach. They must not be chemically cleaned. You can tumble dry the face masks at low temperature and iron them cold.

bags

All-over print backpacks, fanny packs and duffel bags must be hand washed without bleach. They must not be dry cleaned or tumble dried. They can be ironed at a low temperature.

All-over print bags and drawstring bags are machine washable on cold cycle without bleach. They must not be chemically cleaned. They can be ironed at a low temperature.

cushions and cushion covers

Pillowcases are machine washable on cold cycle without bleach. Pillowcases should not be dry cleaned or tumble dried. They can be ironed at a low temperature.

The pillow inserts should not be washed, bleached, tumble dried, ironed or dry cleaned.

beanbag cover

The beanbag cover is machine washable on cold cycle without bleach. They must not be dry cleaned or tumble dried. They can be ironed at a low temperature.

Stockings, blankets, towels and laptop sleeves with sublimation printing

Stockings, blankets, towels and laptop sleeves with sublimation printing can be machine washed cold with similar colors at a maximum of 30ºC. Do not use bleach and do not tumble dry. It is best to let them air dry, if necessary they can be tumble dried on a low setting.

Sublimation printed flip flops

Sublimation printed flip flops can be hand washed in warm water with a gentle neutral detergent.

cups

Our white glossy mugs, black glossy mugs and white colored-inside mugs are microwave and dishwasher safe, but the print and coating will last longer if you hand wash them.

Our enamel mugs may only be washed by hand. Also, do not heat liquids or food in the enamel mug - this can damage the coating.

Posters and Canvases

To ensure your posters and canvases last, do not expose them to direct sunlight or hang them outdoors. You can dust them off with a dry, soft cloth or feather duster.

phone cases

To clean a phone case, remove the case from your phone. Dampen a cloth or sponge with a small amount of mild, soapy water. Clean your case in circular motions. Allow the case to air dry at room temperature.

Don't clean your phone case with alcohol-based products as they can remove the color and discolor the case.

wooden ornaments

You can easily wipe the wooden ornaments clean with a damp cloth.
