How does the affiliate program work?

As soon as you log in to your > Affiliate business customer account < or register a new account, you will receive:

  • Your personal affiliate link

  • Product recommendation link

  • A personal 15% discount code for your community

This link and code allows us and you to track exactly how many orders have actually been placed through you.

The difference is:

  • Personal affiliate link This link automatically tracks every click and every order placed directly through it. Your community doesn't need to enter a code here. – everything runs automatically via the link.

  • Product referral link: With the product referral link, you can specifically promote a particular product from our shop. Here's how it works: You select a product on our website. You copy the product URL. In your affiliate dashboard, you can generate a unique product link from this. Advantage: Your community lands directly on the recommended item and doesn't have to search for it in the shop first. And as usual, every purchase made through this product link will earn you your commission.

  • Personal voucher code (15%) The code is intended for your community – people enter it at checkout and receive 15% discount . The order will also be attributed to you, even if the customer did not come directly via your affiliate link.

Important: Both function in parallel.

  • If someone orders through your link, it counts as a sale.

  • If someone only enters the code at checkout, it also counts as a sale.

This way you won't lose any orders, regardless of whether your community prefers to click via the link or use the code directly.

How much is my commission?

  • You will receive 15% commission on every order placed through your link or code.

  • After 14 days (provided no return is received) we will transfer your commission:

    • either on your PayPal account

    • or by direct bank transfer

Everything is transparent and visible in your affiliate dashboard.

Is there a partner-refer-a-partner system?

Yes! If you recruit someone who also becomes an affiliate for our brand and manages to... at least one order placed through his link You too will benefit from generating revenue:

  • The new affiliate receives a 15% commission.

  • You will receive an additional 5% commission. on his sales – simply because you recruited him.

If you generate orders yourself, you will receive yours as usual. 15% (or more, depending on the level) .

What commission levels are there?

We reward active affiliates with increasing commissions:

  • Silver – from 0 orders → 15%

  • Gold – from 5 orders → 18%

  • platinum – from 15 orders → 20%

  • Diamond – from 30 orders → 25%

How transparent is the whole process?

All sales, clicks and your commissions can be viewed in your dashboard.

How long will it take for me to receive my payout?

We pay after 14 days The order will be cancelled as soon as the return period for the order has expired.

Can the program change?

Yes. Terms and conditions are subject to change at any time . However, we will inform you of any changes in a timely manner.
