Green workplace and green mindset
People are at the heart of our company, so we want to make sure working at NiZED is as enjoyable and accessible as possible. We offer the opportunity to work from home, which helps us promote diversity and minimize the impact that daily commuting has on the environment.
Code of Conduct
Because we want our partners to be consistent with our values and to communicate these clearly, we have issued our own Code of Conduct. It serves as a guide for NiZED's entrepreneurial activities and encompasses the expectations that we place on our suppliers and partners. We have also partnered with the ethical trading organization Sedex to ensure transparency and monitor compliance by our suppliers. In short, as a company we aim to improve sustainability of production, support employees and communities, combat climate change and ensure ethical labor standards.
Give back to the community
We are proud to have been involved in several partnerships in Latvia and we are actively looking to extend our support to other NiZED locations around the world.
We are one of the biggest supporters of Baltic Pride by supporting their diversity shop. All proceeds go to the LGBT association and their friends MOZAIKA, the organization behind Baltic Pride. MOZAIKA also supports us with educational materials and guest lectures on diversity-related topics.
